I am on pregablin 150mg and tramadol 100mg (I was on 200mg). I could take more which would help with pain but side effects prevent me from doing this. I have tried numerous meds but they all had bad side effects too so I had to stop taking them. I mostly have showers. I have a soak in the bath (with my husband’s help) to help ease the pain but I am unable to get out of it unless my husband lift’s me out which I find extra painful. I also use a wheat pad or hot water bottle. We go for short walks most evenings to stop me from getting less mobile.
