NO I got the right link. My first comment was about the ridiculous article in the Daily Mail which really made me see red. The Daily Mail claimed that DLA scroungers were “buying” top of the range cars through Motability and basically getting them given by the Government. My second comment was about the Government’s reply to that article which clearly explained that Motability is a leasing scheme where the disabled choose to spend the mobility part of their DLA to lease a car.
