Steve – unfortunately Viagra doesn’t work in the way you think it does. It doesn’t give you an erection without you thinking about it. For viagra to work, normal arousal stimuli are needed i.e. you have to be interesed. Viagra is only useful if you are unable to get or sustain an erection in the presence of normal desire. That’s why it works for patients who have spinal cord damage or damage caused by diabetes, but is not used for patients whose libido is reduced by depression, for example.

I see it has been a while since your post on this topic (I’ve only just noticed the thread) – maybe things have improved for you? I hope they have fella.
