Thanks For all your advice to my question on hypnosis for pain management.As I did,t know how I would react to it I felt too nervous to try the free online sessions without a face to face session first.
He first wanted to know my life medical history,then suggested 2 sessions to see how successful it is for me.He suggested a virtual tens machine for the second session.The first session lasted for about an hour,but made no difference to my pain.I will do one more session but if no good after this Iwill stop but I will try the online sessions instead.Thanks for your kind comments about Gower.Your so right it is a lovely place to live.Hope your day is pain free.Welsh Paul.
