Hi Caroline and good that you still monitor the thread. It sounds as though you are reasonably bouyant and life is ok again. For some people scs doesnt work and it is just like any other pain med really. You keep your scars to yourself or only share them when appropriate. Have a good Christmas and enjoy the festivities. If your meds have stayed stable then that is good as well. All the best
