Hi Pip, I had mine in the same place yours is and over time felt that one corner had come up very close to the skin and was told thats exactly what it should do attach right under the skin and that it would be fine, It was in that position for a long time before I had my stim removed and I like you felt it was going to burst through. But if your concerned you should get it checked out.
