If the pocket of skin they have put the implant in is loose then it can certainly move around i always had that problem when they went to replace mine when my battery went and they had such a hard job getting it out as it had always moved and embedded itself into another position so with me when i need a replacement they have to stitch it in place to stop it moving around.
I must admit i put my foot down with regards to having it placed in my buttock as i really wasnt a fan my 1st thought was that i spend most of my day lying on my back and i should imagine it would be uncomfatable but in reply to your question it can move around and may be sitting in a different position so you probably should get it checked with the consultant. goodluck with it and let us know what happens
