Thanks for the suggestion, Rob – I’ll give it a go tonight. Do you think it may help with pain in my hips too – they feel like have been thumped every morning. It’s certainly worth a go – I’ll let you know tomorrow how I feel! Also valid point about no-one at hosp knowing what it feels like – I have never met anyone else with one and the info & CD from Medtronic was worse than useless in explaining what it all entails & feels like.
